Hannah, tell us about your background before joining Brellis.
“I studied International Business and had internships in Marketing that ignited my passion for App Store Optimization (ASO). My dream was to combine digital marketing with travel. But, without much practical experience, job rejections piled up – until Brellis offered an unexpected opportunity in Recruitment.”
What did you think of Recruitment before joining Brellis?
“Honestly, I used to view Recruitment negatively, feeling it focused more on keywords than the people behind CVs. But Brellis changed that perspective.”

How were your initial days at Brellis?
They were great! The team was so welcoming. I learned the ropes with Matt and made my first placement within two weeks. I quickly saw the parallels between Marketing and Recruitment, both requiring effective communication and a deep understanding of clients’ and candidates’ needs.
Reflecting on your 12 months at Brellis, how do you feel?
“I’ve never been more sure of a career choice. Brellis has helped me hone my communication skills and explore diverse recruitment areas. They’ve also entrusted me with marketing tasks, strengthening my transition into marketing consulting.”
What’s next for you at Brellis?
“I’m excited about the future! With the foundation built here, I’m looking to delve deeper into marketing roles and explore how I can continue to grow.”
